    Nothing happens when I click on the video montage.

    The video montage is on the front page. It is a windows wmv file. You have to have the windows media player installed. It also might mean you don’t have support for the .wmv files in your browser. To see if you can play it outside of the browser click on this link http://www.orovalleyhomes4sale.com/ForthCampMontage2.wmv

    What are the HOA dues for this property? Also, are there any rental restrictions in this community (i.e., how many months out of the year can it be rented out and/or does the primary owner need to occupy the property for any length of time during the course of a year)?

    Note:

    I’ve converted on YouTube. While the quality isn’t as good as the .wmv file and the front image can’t be chosen, it should be able to be viewed by all.
