The monthly HOA Dues include:
- Pool & Spa
- Furnished Clubhouse
- Business Center
- Workout Facilities
- Exterior Building and Roof Maintenance
- Building Insurance (Hazard & Liability)

Thanks T,
The most amazing thing to me of all of them is the bottom pool shot. The sky is NOT photoshopped. That is what it really looked like.
I have a polarizing filter on to cut the glare from the water in the pool, but did nothing to change the sky.
Thanks to you and my Nikon D40, I’m having fun again with photography. I didn’t realize how far I had gotten away from it till lately.
Thanks

My husband and I purchased one just a couple of months ago. Although our primary residence is in Seattle, WA, we cannot wait to return. I would highly recommend purchasing one of these units as i think they are a great value, especially when compared to the other foothill conversions. I like the close proximity to Catalina State Park and I appreciate that I can actually walk to Starbucks in the main shopping center. Being nested within the Wilderness Preserve is the best features of this condo complex. (And, the gorgeous landscaping and pool aint too bad either!). Hope that helps!

Stephanie,
It will be great to have you back in town. I concur with everything you have said. I hope to run into you at Starbucks some day. You should also check out the elixer van across the street in front of the Fry’s market.
The coffee there is even better than Starbucks (in my humble coffee drinking opinion) but I drink at all the coffee shops in Oro Valley.
